This is a soothing lullaby for small and big and the moment we discovered this song was really magical ✨ You can listen to the original song ''Sto Synnefaki tis avgis'' written by Olga Sechidou and composed by Kanaris Keramaris here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1F35zTzYnj0 You can find as well in the video description the original lyrics. Last summer, we spent our days with the family, in Greece and it was the occasion for us to meet our baby nephew for the first time. During one lovely evening in the village, surrounded by family, outside on the terrace, in the warm temperature, and listening to the crickets, we spent our very first evening with this sweet little baby boy. Suddenly, our sister started breastfeeding him while she was playing a Greek soothing lullaby on her mobile and singing to him at the same time. We were instantly enchanted. The little baby was so calm and the scene was so divine. The music and the lyrics of this song are so profound it touched our heart tremendously 💖 We immediately knew we had to create an English cover for this song, so that non-Greeks could also be enchanted by its melody and profound lyrics. The Greek lyrics were impossible to exactly translate but we did our best so that the profoundness and love would continue to shine upon everyone who listens to this song.
